Both of them don’t stop with the cute. And while Bey and Jay may have had a fallout with Kanye and Kim K, it seems we’re looking at another race to the finish and it’s going to be a fashionable one at that. The little munchkins will play muse to clothing and beauty lines devised by their #Boss parents who seemed to have had the million dollar idea at the exact same time. Coincidence? Erm…
Now, remember when Blue Ivy Carter made headlines for her unique name and, simply for being born? That’s the power of being born to music royalty. Queen Bey has already filed to trademark Blue Ivy Carter’s name to roll out a line of fragrances, cosmetics, hair care products, and to safeguard any other musical ventures or motion pictures the little Miss may want to be a part of in the future. Even though very little is known about the line, the news comes as no surprise because Beyoncé dropped major hints about branding the name when she launched the Ivy Park activewear line early last year; should’ve seen it coming guys.
On the flipside, earlier this month mommy Kim Kardashian revealed on Snapchat that she and daddy Kanye West were working on a fashion line for kids, one that Kanye had hinted at last year, too. With Northie as their fashion muse, could this be any cuter? Well, yes it could. Just look at her in the yellow sequinned dress and shearling jacket. Evidently, the little one had picked out the colours and the fabric.
BTW, if that jacket’s giving you major déjà vu, it’s because an adult-sized version was spotted on Sofia Richie as she walked the ramp for Kanye’s Yeezy Season 4 collection last September.
Kim K revealed that they would debut the kids’ line at New York Fashion Week on February 15th. And while we can’t wait to see how Blue Ivy and North West’s first outing as fashion labels turn out, let’s look at the best moments from the little munchkins’ style files.
Oh, how cute is it when kids wear styles meant for grown-ups? North West repeatedly appears in head-to-toe black and it’s adorable AF. She’s got style, this one; even as a ballerina, the toddler’s working some major edginess with that leather jacket, just like her daddy.

Hey, when you shop kids, especially for baby girls, you’ve got to buy something pink. And with Blue Ivy Carter adding some major sass by sporting sunnies and a boho hair tie, this baby pink outfit is anything but mainstream.
Love them both, right? Have you picked a team yet?
